The original example provided summary data to meet the business requirements. In this example, data was provided by employee name to satisfy the requirement of identifying who was eligible for a promotion and who was a candidate for severance.

Data Cleaning and Transformation
The data had been cleaned and transformed in the previous example. In this example, the employee by name data was added to the model.
Dashboard / Reporting
Reporting provides the needed KPI information along with details in an easily consumable format.
